Important: Boom Tracker is a community, citizen-science project. The reports, maps, estimated origins, and timelines shown here are crowdsourced and unverified. They are not official, not authoritative, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on this site for safety, emergency, legal, scientific, or any other critical decision. 1. What this site is

Boom Tracker lets people voluntarily report and discuss unexplained booms and lights in the Tri-Cities, WA area. It is operated by Omni Innovations LLC as an informational and community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for any government agency, emergency service, utility, military installation, or law-enforcement body.

2. No warranty

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Estimated origins are statistical guesses derived from user-submitted directions and may be far from any real source.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Omni Innovations LLC and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content.

4. User-submitted content

You are solely responsible for what you submit (reports, photos, videos, comments). By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant Omni Innovations LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the site. Do not submit anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, private to others, or that you do not own. We may moderate, edit, hide, or remove any content, and reports/comments may be screened automatically, at our discretion and without notice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit spam, advertising, false reports, malware, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not scrape or misuse the data. We may suspend access for any reason.

6. Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password secure.

7. Content removal

To request removal of a report, comment, or media (including your own), contact Brian@omniinnovationsllc.com.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the current version.
